"We’ve been State Farm customers for decades, and were glad to work with Rachel at John Roman’s office as we moved to Illinois. Rachel has been absolutely amazing to work with, and she’s helped us through some really difficult challenges. While we were approaching our close, she had great recommendations for making sure we got the right levels of insurance for our home, and unfortunately we certainly needed it! Our first week, the hot water heater burst, leading to damage to our home, the need for an emergency water heater replacement, and lots of ancillary work for fix several problems that were found along the way. Another time, State Farm took pictures of the roof and dropped us from our plan because the roof appeared to be much older than advertised (and they were right), so she helped us navigate a rapid roof inspection (where we learned of the poor state of the roof), tear-down, and re-instatement of our policy. John took lots of time to explain to us what was happening and why, and we felt much better understanding both the big picture, and what we could do about it. It’s been the same too for several other challenges we’ve faced since we moved here. She and her team have been amazing to work with. While I certainly hope no one has to face these kinds of challenges, we have been so glad to work with Rachel, and how careful and detailed she is with us, to make we have the right insurance for our lives, and that it’s working well."
